Jerry Lee Tackett Jr. 45, of Willard died Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.  He was born October 19, 1978, in Norton, VA. to Fayetta (Rowe) and Jerry Tackett Sr.

Jerry was employed at Wiers Farms.  He enjoyed camping and hanging out with friends. He was always cracking jokes. Jerry was a devoted husband and father. He worked hard his whole life to provide for them. He cherished time spend time with his family and his best buddy Spot.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Stacey (Brown) Tackett who he married June 29, 2002.  Mother, Fayetta (Rowe) Tackett of Willard; 4 children, Jerry "JJ" Tackett of Willard, Autumn Tackett of Collins, Candy Tackett of Home, and Ashley Adams of Norwalk; 2 grandchildren, Aayliah Marie Caudill and James W. Bradley Freeman; siblings, Arville Tackett, MI, Trina McLaughlin of TN and Loretta Sparks of Tiro. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Jerry DeWayne Tackett.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 4-8 PM and Friday, January 26, 2024, from 11 until the time of the service at 12 noon at the Willard Church of God, 4551 Willard West Road, Willard, Ohio 44890 with burial at Greenwood Cemetery.  The staff of the Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W.
