Eastman Funeral Home 419-929-3781 Joan Ann Underwood, 68, of Greenwich, Ohio passed away Thursday morning, August 16, 2018 at the Willows of Willard. Joan was born September 8, 1949 in Shelby, Ohio to the late Raymond and Mary Sanders of Greenwich. Joan was a former Avon lady, housewife and loved being with her family and friends. Joanie is survived by her husband of 39 years Robert Underwood, Jr. also, her siblings, Sandy Lamoreaux (husband Gene), Richard Sanders of Rockford, Illinois, Thomas Sanders (wife Cheryl) of Ashland, Ohio. Joanie attended South Central Local Schools for her education. Some of her favorite things were playing games and cards, doing word puzzles, watching old movies and going out to eat. Joanie was a member of New London Alliance Church and had a love for people. She was loved by many friends and family. A visitation for relatives and friends will be held Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 6-8pm at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main St., Greenwich where funeral services will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at 11:00 am with Pastor Doug Lang officiating.
