Joel Herbert Wacker, 58, of Willard, died Thursday, November 12, 2015 at Fisher Titus Medical Center. He was born on October 31, 1957 in Oberlin, Ohio to the late Elden Herbert and Alma (nee Bilow) Wacker. Joel grew up in Florence Township and attended Firelands High School. Joel was a truck driver and traveled all over the country. He was a member of the NRA and enjoyed shooting. Joel was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed riding until his health prevented it. Joel is survived by his siblings Lenora (Walter) Moon, of FL, David (Barb) Wacker, of Mansfield, and Christine (David) Markley, of Collins.
