Joseph "Joe" Manuel Mullins, 75, residing in North Fairfield, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at home surrounded by his loving family.

Joe was born on December 13, 1946, in Madison, West Virginia, to the late Milton and Lessie (Perdue) Mullins. He was a dedicated employee for Corcoran Tile & Marble for 38 years. Joe attended various area Baptist churches. He enjoyed traveling with his family singing Gospel music and playing his guitar. In his spare time, Joe could be found hunting, gardening, being outdoors, and enjoying his cars. He was a hard worker who liked to tinker and stay busy.

Joe is survived by the love of his life, Sue (Shipley) Mullins, who he married on August 29, 1965; children, Peggy (Todd) Hartman of Willard, Rachel (Jason) Mullins of Willard, and Krystal (Stephen) Tock of Greenwich; grandchildren, Katelyn, Karrie, Ryan, Clayton, Stevie, Jacob, and Madison; great-grandchildren, Knox, Owen, Kensley, and Kyah; siblings, Glennie Hatfield of Monroeville, David Mullins of Dayton, Dollie Ellis of Norwalk, and Margaret Christian of Radcliff, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by an infant son at birth, and siblings, Katheryn Quesinberry, Nellie Coleman, Madgie Mullins, Lillie Ellis, Madeline Houdasheldt, Odell Mullins, Paul Mullins, Maxie Knox, and Silas Mullins.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main Street, Norwalk, OH 44857 at 10 am until the time of funeral service at 12 pm at the funeral home. Graveside service and burial will follow at North Fairfield Cemetery.
