Joseph Edward Pavlin, 81, of Sullivan, died Saturday, June 05, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospice Center in Lorain. Born in Mather, Pennsylvania on April 16, 1929, Joseph was the son of the late John and Barbara Pavlin. Joseph lived in Elyria most of his life.
Joseph was an engineer for the Lake Terminal Railroad. He also was a manager at Lawson's and was a milkman for Elyria Dairy. Following his retirement, Joseph moved to Sullivan. He loved retirement, making the most of every moment, and was an avid golfer.
Survivors include his daughters, Barbara (Dale) Krausher of Wakeman, Suzanne (Glenn) Campbell of Cumberland, MD; 3 grandchildren, Jeff (Ashley) Krausher of Vermilion, Cheryl Krausher of Lakewood, Michael Campbell of Cambridge, MA; 2 great grandchildren, Austin and Jacob Krausher of Vermilion. Joseph is also survived by his sisters, Helen Baniecki of Vermilion and Betty Konosky of Mather, PA and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, June 8 from 2-5 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington, with a private family service following the visitation.
