Obituary

Joy Elaine Hahn, age 62, of Nova, died Tuesday evening, February 12, 2008 at Hospice House, Ashland after a lengthy illness. She was born July 4, 1945, in Galion, Ohio daughter of the late Oren B. and Alta (Gallion) Sheets. She grew up in Loudonville, where she was a 1963 graduate of Loudonville High School. Mrs. Hahn had lived in Orlando, Florida for 20 years and in Nova since 1996. She had been a bookkeeper for Aubrey Hines Accounting firm in Orlando. She was a member of the Trinity Four Square Church in Orlando, Fl. Mrs. Hahn enjoyed frequent visits to Disney World, NASCAR Racing, and reading. While she was growing up in Loudonville both of her parents were active Four Square Ministers. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, John A. Hahn of Nova; her daughter, Michelle J. (Neil) Tallman of San Antonio, Texas; her grandson, Jerrod E. Tallman; her sister, Shirley Smail of Loudonville. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Rose Marie Sheets, an infant son, Michael Finley, and her brother, Allen Sheets. There will be no services. Memorials if desired may be given to Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Dr., Ashland, Ohio 44805. Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London, Ohio were in charge of arrangements.
