Joyce Browand, 92, passed away Friday, March 18, 2022. Joyce was a lifelong resident of Brighton Township.

Joyce worked in the Wellington School System before becoming a stay at home mother to raise her five children. She was a member of the Brighton United Methodist Church and was active on many committees. Her favorite pastimes were winters in Florida, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, baking, and her many cats.

She is survived by her husband, Wilbur, of nearly 73 years, and her children, Dale (Cindi), Denny, Claudia, Diana (Ed) Gott, and Gary (Leslie). She also enjoyed ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

The family suggest contributions be made in memory of Joyce to MercyHealth New Life Hospice, 3500 Kolbe Road, Lorain, OH 44053 or to Wellington Office on Aging MOW, 115 Willard Memorial Sq., Wellington, OH 44090.
