Joyce Y. Smith, 94, of Shiloh, Ohio died on June 13, 2021 at The Willows at Willard.  She was born on March 30, 1927, the daughter of Ben and Inez (Hunter) Egner.  Joyce was a member of the Hazel Grove Ladies Aid and the Red Hat Society.   She cherished family gatherings and enjoyed participating in the various nursing home activities.

Joyce is survived by her children, Robert J. "Jym" Smith of Willard, Ohio, Roger (Donna) Smith of Greenwich, Ohio and Linda (Brian) Prater of Willard, Ohio; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her husband, Robert O. Smith and siblings, Gertrude Nottke, Christine Grahl, Jeanne Hopkins, Phyllis Beilstein, Helen Snyder, Freeman Egner and Paul Egner.
