Joyce Neubacher (73) of North Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully Friday, May 9, 2025 in Port Clinton, Ohio.  She was born April 23, 1952 in Lima to the late Virginia (Howe) and James Fullenkamp. Joyce was a graduate of Bucyrus High School, class of 1970. She lived in Alaska for 28 years, enjoyed camping, fishing, wildlife viewing, canning, and berry picking. She also enjoyed baking, card playing, swimming, boating, sewing, quilting, and crafting. She loved spending time with her family. Joyce was quick to share that she never had a traffic citation or accident in her life.

Joyce is survived by her 3 children: Von Neubacher, Edward (Jamie) Neubacher and Kim (Kevin) Mowry; 7 grandchildren: Nick Neubacher, Brandon Lee Weber, Kailyn Neubacher, Jaelyn Neubacher, Kaylee Neubacher, James Neubacher, Joycelyn Neubacher, and Kyla Mowry; 2 great grandchildren: Jay Neubacher and Jayden Spears; siblings: Larry Fullenkamp, Jamie Fullenkamp, Colleen (Steven) Brown, Randy (Kathy) Fullenkamp, Dana (Michele) Fullenkamp, Keith (Kristy) Fullenkamp as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband James Neubacher, her parents and siblings: Linda Durr and J Alan Fullenkamp. A celebration of life in her honor will be held at a later date.

Joyce fought a courageous battle against cancer, incurring a lot of financial burden. Memorial Contributions may be made to support our mission of Joyce's final resting place.
