Juanita Elaine Wright

Juanita Elaine Wright, 75, of Wellington, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at UH St. John Medical Center. She was born in Detroit, MI on December 13, 1950, to parents Crawford and Geneva (Barclay) Paschall. Juanita spent her early years in Cleveland and graduated from Rhodes High School in 1968.

She worked at MCI International, Westlake, as a marketing rep and later in sales at Radcon. For many years, Juanita also served as the secretary for the Lorain County Fair. She was at home with the animals on the farm and enjoyed the horses. Juanita also liked to crochet, doodle, and collect spoons in her travels. Above all, she adored her grandchildren and treasured her time with her family.

Left to treasure her memory are her husband of 54 years, Forrest “Bud” Wright; daughter, Tammy (Pablo “P.J.”) Cruz, of Elyria; grandchildren, Amari, Gabriella, Miranda, and Joshua (Katelyn) Cruz, great grandchildren, Bailee, Ryliella and with another great grandchild, Wesley, on the way. She is also survived by her siblings, Carolynn Paschall Guelker, of Rocky River, and Joseph (Cathy) Paschall, of Rochester and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Crawford and Geneva, she was preceded in death by her brother, Edward Paschall.
