Obituary

Judith Ann Clark, age 54, a resident of Ashland, officially went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 14, 2013 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio after a short illness. Judy is giving the "gift of life" and she will live on as a hero by being an organ and tissue donor. Born on February 17, 1958 in Cleveland, Judy is the daughter of Beverly Vogler, of Valley City and Ronald Harshman (Patty), of Plano, TX. Judy attended and graduated from Brunswick High School. She worked at Ashland Conveyor Products for over 13 years. Judy has been happily married for 33 years to Charles R. Clark, of Ashland. The couple were married on May 26, 1979 at the United Methodist Church in Nova by Rev. Roger Rumbaugh. She has one loving son, Jason Clark, of Ashland and one loving daughter, Lisa Clark, of Cleveland. Judy was also a mommy to her Shih Tzu dog named Gizmo. She enjoyed gardening, landscaping and interior decorating. Judy is also survived by her siblings, Bill Harshman, of Akron, Pam (Butch) Hazzard, of Elk River, MN, Doug (Terry) Harshman, of Sullivan, Jon Harshman, of Valley City, Dusty (Melanie) Harshman, of Austin, TX, Brittany Johnson, of Plano, TX, Beth (Mike) Wetherbee, of Wellington and Eric Vogler, of Valley City; sister-in-laws, Sue Lilly, of Plymouth, Pauline Goines, of Ocala, FL, Jewell Arms, of Plymouth, Linda F. Pauley, of Ocala; brother-in-laws, Milford Clark, of Nova, Tolva Clark, of Ashland, Hillard Clark of Hayesville, Larry D. Clark, of Sullivan; and many nieces and nephews. Judith was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Rose Mertz and Robert and Gladys Harshman and sister-in-laws, Emma L. Peppard and Natalie Harshman. Friends and family will be received on Friday, January 18 from 5-8 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 9:30 a.m.at the United Church of Huntington, 26677 State Route 58, Huntington with Rev. Steve Carmany officiating. Burial will follow at Huntington Cemetery.
