Judith M. Pressler, age 83, of Sandusky and formerly of Norwalk died on Friday, January 24, 2025, at Parkvue Nursing Home in Sandusky. Born September 25, 1941, in Norwalk, to the late Charles and Mildred (Ohr) Boepple, she grew up in Norwalk and graduated from Norwalk High School in 1959. Judy would then move to Sandusky where she resided throughout her adult life.

Judy enjoyed golfing, hummingbirds, and Ohio State University athletics. She was a dedicated mother and friend who will be fondly remembered for her compassionate spirit by all who knew her.

Left to cherish Judy's memory are her children, Dan (Tracy) Hartnett of Sandusky, and Kathy (Jeff) Kerber of Sandusky; stepchildren, Jason (Sandy) Pressler of Bellevue, and Heidi (James) Hodges of Charleston, SC; and grandchildren, Lauren Kerber, Ryan Kerber, Amanda (Ben) Dickerson, and Michael Hartnett.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mildred Boepple; husband, Jay Pressler; brother, Jim Boepple, and sisters, Shirley Lee, and Marilyn Boepple.

Private burial will take place at St. Paul Cemetery. Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home in Norwalk is honored to assist the family with their arrangements.
