Judith Rose Shaw, 79, of Sullivan, died Friday, September 30, 2016 under the care of the Hospice of North Central Ohio. Born on July 31, 1937, in Elyria, She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Lillian (nee Rising) Flood. Judi was a graduate of Elyria High School and moved to the Sullivan area in adulthood. Judi worked at Tappan in Elyria for several years and later started a greenhouse on her property. She loved to spend her time in the gardens and greenhouses tending to her flowers. Judi also enjoyed sitting back and watching the birds. Survivors include her loving husband Clyde and his children Angela Baumhardt, of Sullivan, Anthony Shaw, of Elyria, Wendy Shaw-Miller, of Cypress TX, and Lisa Owen, of Homerville; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Judi was preceded in death by a step-son Barry Shaw, and siblings Donald Flood and Josephine Opel. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 5, beginning at 1 p.m. at Sullivan Southview Cemetery.
