Judy L. Collins, 85, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on June 25, 2026. Born on August 1, 1940, in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, Judy was the daughter of the late Howard R. and Shirley K. (Bottorf) Hayden.
In 1972, Judy made Norwalk her home, where she worked for many years at the former West Baking Company. She found joy in traveling, online shopping, and making special trips to Bob Evans for her favorite blueberry pancakes with whipped cream on the side. Judy also had a special love for her dogs, but nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with her family.
Judy is survived by her sisters, Donna Case and Gloria Marrett; her nieces and nephews, Thomas (Amber) Reynolds II, Michael Eastman, Lora (Danny) Searles, Jennifer Reynolds, Donny Hayden, and Gloria Hayden; her stepchildren, Loxley Collins, Dreama Perez, and Larry Young; her grandchild, Tom Tom; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Doc Collins; her brothers, Howard Hayden Jr. and Donald Hayden; and her niece and nephew, Jeanette Hayden and Richard Wise.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a memorial visitation on Friday, July 3, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk.
