Katherine M. Kolonick, 88, of Wellington died Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Akron General Visiting Nurse Service. Born in Cleveland on November 9, 1920, Katherine was the daughter of the late John and Anna Georgeff. Katherine graduated from West Tech High School and was a member of Saint Patrick's Catholic Church in Wellington. She is survived by her children, Rose Ann (Fred) Sitzenstock and Arthur (Barbra) Kolonick, all of Hinckley; 2 grandchildren, Leonard Montgomery and Mari Crabtree and a great granddaughter, Bobbi Lynn Crabtree. Katherine is also survived by a sister, Rose Naven of Medina and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur and a sister, Mary Jane Garrison. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 17 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church, 512 N. Main St., Wellington at 11 a.m. on Friday with Father James Reymann officiating.
