Katrina "Tina" Jane (Gassnola) Gallion, 61, passed peacefully on September 2, with family by her side following a brief illness. Born August 3, 1959 and raised in Elkins, WV, she lived the majority of her life in Elyria and most recently Lagrange. For many years she worked at the Elyria Chronicle Telegram.

Tina was a "Mama" to everyone who knew her. She loved her family, especially her grandkids, more than anything and spent hours outside watching and playing with them. She was also an avid gardener and enjoyed birdwatching, her favorite were hummingbirds.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Buddy Gallion; son, Dustin (Tess) Gallion, daughters, Misty Gallion, Tanya (Joe Rosemark) Gallion, Chelsee Gallion; and grandchildren,  Sierra Oldfield, Joey Gallion, Teagan Rosemark, Kieran Rosemark, and Avery Franckowiak. Tina is also survived by her brother, Murl "Tony" Gassnola, sister, Kim Bowman and several step and half siblings.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Gail Nell, father, Joe Gassnola, stepmother, Shirley Gassnola and brother, Joseph Gassnola. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street, Wellington from 1-4 pm.
