Kay Lynn Winkler, 69, of New London, passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Crystal Care Center of Ashland. She was born February 22, 1948 in Port Clinton, Ohio, daughter of the late Wilford Earl and Daisy (nee Jones) Jackson. Kay was a nurse's aide at Edgewood Manor in Port Clinton and then Benbrook Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Toledo. Kay loved horses and dogs. She enjoyed flea markets, fishing, adult coloring books and crafts. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Tim; son, James (Rachel) Grossbeck; grandchildren, Devin, Teesha, James and Madelyn and siblings, Jennifer Bateson, Francis Whiteside, Charles Reddington and Edith Santoya. In addition to her parents, Kay was also preceded in death by her sisters, Gordie and Elizabeth and brother, Richard. Kay's sister and friend Ann Hall also passed away, on March 13, 2017. Fittingly a celebration of their lives will be held together on Friday, March 17, 2017 with a memorial visitation from 11 am until the noon memorial service at Eastman Funeral Home, New London.
