Keith E. Roice, 82, born and lifelong resident of Ashland County, died peacefully on Saturday, December 12, 2020.  Keith was born on April 17th, 1938 to the late Harold E. and Lucille A. (nee Heilman) Roice.  Keith graduated from Sullivan High School in 1956 and retired as a machinist, from F.E. Myers in Ashland, in 1995.

Keith is survived by his loving wife, Linda (nee Helderman), whom he wedded in 1983.  Surviving children include Lynn Bailey of Ashland, stepsons William (Tricia) Dilworth of Greenwich, Shawn (Irene) Dilworth of McKinney, Texas, 5 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.  Keith is preceded in death by his son, Brian Roice, in 1982 and an infant stepdaughter, Susan Lynn Dilworth.

Keith was known to have the "gift of gab" and he knew no stranger.  He had a great memory that drew people towards him and his vast knowledge made him someone whom everyone enjoyed a conversation and a laugh with.  Traveling, farming, spending time with family and working with his hands where just a few of the things that made him smile.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 from 5-7 pm at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main Street, Wellington.
