Kenneth H. Morrow, age 86, of New London, died Monday, March 3, 2008 at the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky. He was born December 8, 1921 in Fitchville Twp., son of the late Maurice and Mabel (Abbey) Morrow. Mr. Morrow had been a lifelong resident of Fitchville Twp. He was a 1939 graduate of New London High School. Mr. Morrow had served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He had farmed his entire life. He also worked for the former Norwalk Truck Line, then went to work for Midway Trucking in Monroeville where he retired in 1970. He was a member of the Fitchville American Legion. He attended the Fitchville United Methodist Church and the New London Alliance Church. He is survived by his wife, Ruth R. (Krisha) Morrow, whom he married August 31, 1949; his children, Linda Ward of Mansfield, Eric Morrow of New London, Ronald Morrow of Wakeman, Susan Shepherd of New London; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Janis Chupp; and 6 brothers, Harold, Lynn, Robert, Herbert, Carl and Wayne Morrow. Friends may call 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London. Visitation will also be at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service Thursday, March 6, 2008. Rev. Doug Lang pastor of the New London Alliance Church will officiate and burial with military rites will follow at the Fitchville Cemetery.
