Kenneth G. Myers, Sr., 90, of Nova, died Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at Fisher Titus Medical Center, Norwalk.  He was born October 1, 1931 in Vermilion to the late Thelma (Reising) and Ivan Myers.  Mr. Myers was a graduate of Vermilion High School, class of 1950. For many years, he worked as a painter at the Ford Motor Company in Lorain and farmed his own farm.  He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church since 1965, Nova Lions Club, Director for Nova Farmers Supply, and a Farm Bureau member since 1965.  Mr. Myers was an avid hunter, loved to travel, enjoyed watching sports, with the Cleveland Indians being his favorite.  He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and loved his family.

Mr. Myers was married November 14, 1953, for 68 wonderful years, to Arlene (Harsar) Myers. He is also survived by 3 children, Kenneth (Deb) Myers, Jr., of New London, Timothy I. (Sharon) Myers, of Ashland and Jacqueline Keener, of Nova; 9 grandchildren, Travis Myers, Colin (Cammy) Myers, Spencer Myers, Tiffany (Brandon) Young, Tyler (Amy) Myers, Tana (Kent) Behrman, James "JR" (Kelsey) Keener, William B. Keener and Nathan Keener; 5 great grandchildren; and sister Joan (Donald) Pine of Vermilion.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Evelyn Myers and Patricia Farley.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 4-7 P.M.  at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main Street, New London with a Rosary service being held at 3:30 P.M.  Family is asking everyone in attendance to wear a mask.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 18 Park Ave, New London, Ohio.  Burial to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, New London.  If desired, contributions may be made to the church for Memorial Masses in Kenneth's memory.  Condolences and fond memories may be shared at: www.eastmanfuneralhome.com
