Larry Dwane Maye, of Norwalk, died unexpectedly October 24, 2013 at St Luke's Hospital in Toledo. He was born on December 10, 1952, in Willard. He worked on oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and was a painter of houses and water towers. His past time was playing music for charities and friends. Larry worshipped with Jimmy Swaggart on TV. Larry is survived by his mother, Elsie "Pearl" Maye; son, Ricky Dwane (Stacey) Maye, Kevin (Abbie) Townsend and Darran Townsend; daughter, Brooke Marie Maye; grandchildren, Cody, Jasmine, Ricky Jr., Doniven, Juliana and a grandson on the way and niece, Shanna Schneider. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerold Dwane Maye and brother, Ricky Lee Maye. Visitation from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Eastman Funeral Home, 49 West Main Street, Greenwich. Burial will follow in Greenwich Greenlawn Cemetery.
