Laura Mae Duncan, 89, of Wakeman, passed Friday, December 1, 2023 at her home.  She was born April 19, 1934 in Wellston, OH to the late Pearlean and James P. Leach.  Mrs. Duncan was a wife, mother and homemaker and enjoyed playing Nintendo, shooting archery, puzzles, turkey shoots, going to rummage and yard sales and watching Elvis movies.

Mrs. Duncan is survived by her husband, Lewis Duncan who she married October 6, 1951 and was married for 72 years; children, Laura Jimenez, Pearlean Kennell, Lewis Duncan Jr; 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; 2 great-greatgrandchildren; sister, Betty Stacey.  She was preceded in death by 2 children, Mary Adkins and Thomas Duncan; a grandchild, Antonio Jimenez, 2 siblings, Paul Leach Jr, and Ruth Ann Leach.

Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Clarksfield Cemetery on Zenobia Road, Wakeman.  The staff of the Eastman Funeral home assisted the family with arrangements.  Expressions of sympathy can be made at eastmanfuneralhome.com.
