Lee Ridge, 88, of New London, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at his home. On November 7, 1935, Lee was born in Daisytown, PA to the late Orman and Julia (nee Krilosky) Ridge. Lee proudly served his country in the Air Force during the Korean War.

He worked many years at Ford Motor Company and was a UAW member. Lee could often be found panning for gold and was a member of the Goldpanning Association and the Lost Duchman Mining Association.

Lee loved airplanes, and that passion extended to flying model RC planes. He also enjoyed fishing, riding his dirt bike and motor cross racing.

Survivors include his daughters, Debbie (Michael) Pritchett, Lisa Dawn (Bob) Reaser and Donna Lea Ridge; grandchildren, Gwynne (Ceff) Young, Shannon Pritchett (Jasmine), Payton LaVonna Block, Trever Owen Block; great-grandchildren, Kierrah Pritchett, Marcell Young, Jadden Young, Ariel Carillo (Angel), Ashley Herron and great-great grandchildren, Kobe Pritchett, Amari Carillo. Lee was preceded in death by his wife, Delores in 2023; and siblings, Bud Ridge, Emery Ridge, and Lorainne Paci.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 17, at 9:30 a.m. at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, 44805 N. Ridge Road, Amherst, with military rites. Condolences for the Ridge family may be given at: www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
