Leonard John Anderson, 69, of Wellington passed away on April 21, 2017 at the Elms Retirement Village in Wellington. He was born to the late John and Vivian (nee Belch) Anderson, on September 16, 1947 in Hundred WV. Leonard and his family moved to the Medina County area in the 1980's. A chemical engineer, Leonard worked for Bowman Distribution as well as Kemble Midwest. Through his work he traveled all over the country and made friends in all the places he traveled. After all the travel for work, Leonard enjoyed just being at home spending time with his family and especially being with his grandchildren. He was very family oriented and had a deep love for his brothers and parents. Leonard is survived by his children, John (Cara) Anderson, of Creston, Lin (Jason) Anderson-Landfair, of Shreve, Daun (Marty) Brickner, of Strongsville, Wendi Kral, and Tracey Palen, both of Cleveland; grandchildren, Paige Anderson, Payton Landfair, James and Daniel Brickner, Ally Pujolas, Lyndee Burgett and Dange Hoge; great granddaughter Kyuh Johnson; siblings Jim (Sherrie) and Butch (Marianne) Anderson. Leonard was preceded in death by his wife Linda Anderson in March of this year. A memorial service will be held for a later date.
