Monroeville, Ohio - Lillian Marie Carter Bays, infant daughter of Kaitlin M. (Patrick) and Joshua Q. Bays, passed away Monday, March 6, 2017 in Fisher-Titus Medical Center. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Liam B. Bays, by her maternal grandparents, Paul and Barbara Patrick of Norwalk, Ohio, by her paternal grandparents, Luz and David Reiman of Mansfield, Ohio, and Richard and Darlene Bays of Shelby, Ohio, and by her paternal great grandparents, David and Luci Grimmer of Shelby, Ohio.
