Linda Lou Downing (78) of Las Vegas died September 10, 2025, at Spring Valley Hospital, Las Vegas.  Her death was sudden and unexpected.  Linda was born December 19, 1947, in Medina, Ohio to the late Esther (Hales) and Edward J. Farnsworth.  She drove school bus for New London schools, owner of Linda's Bakery and Restaurant, had a tax service and sewing business and was a former member of the New London Rotary Club.  Linda moved to Las Vegas 20 years ago where she drove shuttle bus and was a dealer at Orleans Casino where she dealt Texas Holdem and blackjack, in 2010 and 2011 she dealt for the World Series of Poker.

Linda is survived by her brother, Jim (Dee) Farnsworth of LaGrange; niece, Kendra; nephews, Scott, Brad and Herb as well as several great and great great nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Kenneth Downing.
