Lloyd P. Ash, 86, of New London, OH was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at the Laurels of New London.  He was born on August 4, 1934 in Kayford, WV, the son of the late Carl and Eva (Byrd) Ash.

Lloyd was a member of the US Air Force and retired from Ford Motor Company.  Many knew him as the friendly face delivering pizza for over 20 years at the New London Pizza House.  He was a past President of New London Little League.  He was a member of the Freedom Christian Fellowship Church where he served as an usher.  Lloyd enjoyed golfing.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Edith (Tingler) Ash; daughters, Deborah K. and Carol D. Ash both of Tiffin, OH; son, David A (Mary Christine) Ash of Wakeman; grandchildren, Justine M. Ash Strecker, Olivia D. Ash and Nathaniel D. (Alexsis) Ash; sisters, Brenda Ash of Virginia and Faye Moore of California.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Norma Jean Ash and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main Street, New London, OH on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 6-8 p.m.   His funeral service will be held at the Freedom Christian Fellowship Church, 4935 OH 601, Norwalk, OH at 12:00 p.m on Saturday, April 17.  Burial will follow at the Grove Street Cemetery, New London.  Guest attending are asked to wear a mask and practice all COVID social distancing guidelines.  Memorials may be directed to the church, Freedom Christian Fellowship Church.  Online condolences may be shared at www.eastmanfuneralhome.com.
