Lois Irene Daniel, 89, of Wellington, died Monday, May 24, 2011 at Allen Mercy Hospital in Oberlin. Lois was born in Boaz Alabama on February 26, 1922 to the late Jess and Ida (nee Worley) Moore. Lois had lived in the Wellington area for most of her life and was one of the oldest residents on Jones Street. She was a dedicated homemaker. Lois enjoyed ballroom dancing and spending time in her flower gardens. Lois is survived by her children James E. Daniel, Glenn 'Pete' (Kay) Daniel both of Wellington, and Carol (Mitch) Hollic of Fairview Park. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. Lois was preceded in death by her husband Jess R. Daniel in 1973 as well as many brothers and sisters. Friends will be received Friday, May 27, 2011, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 S. Main St., Wellington. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
