Lois A. Kohl, age 86, of New London, died Friday, January 15, 2010 at Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Firelands, New London after a lengthy illness. She was born June 17, 1923 in Elyria, Ohio, daughter of the late Hugh and Ruby (Latteman) Robertson. Lois had lived in Elyria until 1994 when she moved to New London. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church, New London and the Altar and Rosary Society. She loved her family. She is survived by her husband, Paul E. Kohl; 2 daughters, Mary (Bill) Hansford of New London and Barbara (Jerry) Daggett of Elyria; 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jane Llewellyn and her brother, Peter Robertson. Friends may call from 2 ' 4 and 6 ' 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Our Lady Of Lourdes Catholic Church, 18 Park Ave., New London with Rev. Doug Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, New London. Memorials if desired may be given to Susanne Rusnack, Administrator and mailed to Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Firelands, 204 W.
