Loriann Green

Loriann Green, age 53, of Greenwich, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on May 17, 2026, after a brief illness. She was born on January 28, 1973, in Norwalk, Ohio, to the late Donald E. and Mary F. (Carroll) Hamilton. Loriann graduated from New London High School and EHOVE.

A loving wife, and pillar of her church community, Loriann, was a motherly figure to more than just her children. She enjoyed flea markets, garage sales, and had a knack for finding treasures at thrift stores. She was a member of the Fitchville Church of Christ where she was seldom idle. Whether it was being a Sunday School Teacher, or leader in Bible Studies, Loriann was a vital part of the church. She had worked as a caregiver for the county, at a local bird store, and as an STNA. Her heart and gifts were always used to care for others.

Loriann is survived by her loving husband of over 30 years, Troy Green, her children, Mary (James) Young, Samantha (Joe White) Moore, Donald (Dessirae) Finch, and Patience (Andrew) Columbus; 10 grandchildren, Tucker, Kailey, Arianna, Rosemary, Raelynn, Sophia, Miles, Aubrey, Andrewjames, and Annabelle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald E. and Mary F. Hamilton, and first husband, Eugene Finch.

Visitation for Loriann will be held on Friday, May 22, 2026, at Eastman Funeral Home, New London, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. where a funeral will be held the following day, on Saturday, May 23, 2026, beginning at 11 a.m. with Pastor Danny Akers officiating. Burial will follow the funeral at Fitchville Cemetery, and at the conclusion of the burial, a funeral luncheon will be held at the Fitchville Community Hall on Crescent Road.
