Lou Ann Watson, 50, of Sullivan, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic following a short illness. She was born on May 10, 1971 and grew up in Amherst, graduating from Marion L. Steele High School.

Lou worked at Risk Strategies. A loving mother to her sons, she enjoyed helping with their events and was a member of the Black River Band Boosters. Lou was very active with the Wellington First United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school and assisted with luncheons and gatherings. In her spare time, she enjoyed painting, reading, and spending time with her dog, Sparkles.

Survivors include her sons, Jake and Dean Watson; former in laws, Terri and Dr. Ron Watson; sister, Jenny Jaynes and niece, Julia Jaynes. She is preceded in death by her parents, Barbara (nee McKlveen) and Jack Wyckoff.

Family and friends will gather on Friday, September 17 from 4-6 pm at the First United Methodist Church, 127 Park Place, Wellington, OH 44090, where services will begin at 6 pm. Burial will take place in Huntington Cemetery.
