Louise Mae "Bonnie" Phillips, 81, of New London, died March 23, 2019 at Stein Hospice following a lengthy illness. On September 3, 1937, Bonnie was born in New London to Floyd and Lula (nee Denslow) Black. She graduated from New London High School and worked at Kent Sporting Goods for many years. Bonnie attended the First Baptist Church and loved her church family. She enjoyed reading and was an avid Cleveland Indians fan. Survivors include her daughters, Shelley (Bob) Summerlin, of Eminence, KY, Chris Phillips, of Norwalk, Melissa Phillips, of New London; 3 grandchildren, Mandy, Brandan and Emily; 3 great grandchildren, Carson, Jensen and Paisley and a brother, Tony Denslow. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters, Vivian, Anita and Maxine and brother, Sonny. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
