Lowell A. Brown, 84, of North Fairfield passed away on October 22, 2023, at Metro Health, Cleveland. He was the husband of Betty L. (Craft) Brown. Born in North Fairfield to the late Orlo and Thelma (Reed) Brown.

He graduated from North Fairfield High School in 1957. Lowell joined the Ohio Air National Guard in 1957 and then served in The United States Air Force from 1961-1962. He worked for the Huron County Department of Highways, where he retired in 1988.

Lowell is survived by his son Christopher (Julie); daughter Kim (Greg); brother Larry (Pat) of North Fairfield; four grandchildren, Alex, Jessica, Rachel, and Madison; a brother-in-law, Paul (Chris) Craft of Sandusky, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty; and brother Paul W. Brown.

Family and friends are invited to visitation on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home 98 West Main St., Norwalk, Ohio 44857. A funeral service will immediately follow visitation at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Matthew Rupple officiating. Interment will be held at North Fairfield Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Fitchville Community Church or the New London Alliance Church.
