Lucille C. Sickinger, 84, of Norwalk, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2024, at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, Ohio. She was born on May 11, 1940, in Norwalk, to the late Leonard and Lucille (Grosswiler) Sickinger.

Lucille enjoyed BINGO, reading, watching the game show network, playing Jeopardy with family, spending time with great grandchildren, and gardening. She retired after many years of service at Maple City Rubber.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Michael (Barb) Sickinger; sisters, Ev (Paul) Ott, Shirley Nickoli, and Pam (Ed) Hoon; grandchildren, Brandi (Tyler) Finley, Megan (Dave) Brown, Liz (Branden) Resor; great grandchildren, Mikey, Cali, Colton, Dylan, Logan, and Kyle.

In addition to her parents, Lucille was preceded in death by her brothers, and sisters in-law.

A visitation for Lucille will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk. A funeral Mass will be held the following day, Tuesday, August 6, 2024, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 1322 Settlement Rd., Norwalk (Peru). Fr.
