Lynette A. Brant, 61, of Greenwich, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 31, 2020 in Fisher Titus Medical Center. She was born on May 7, 1959 to the late Raymond R. and Jeanette (Grosswiler) Hersha in Norwalk, Ohio, and was a lifelong area resident. Lynette attended Norwalk schools and lived in neighboring towns of Norwalk, Willard, and North Fairfield throughout her life. She attended St. Paul Catholic Church , was a proud homemaker and enjoyed playing bingo, crossword puzzles, gardening, collecting porcelain dolls, cooking, hosting cookouts, traveling to visit family in Indiana, and most of all spending time with her family and extended family.  Those who knew her best, know that she loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and she made the "best" macaroni salad.

Lynette is survived by her children, Douglas G. Brant III (Jen Yaney) of Willard, Ohio, Raymond R. Brant (Tara E. Neill) of Willard, Ohio, Timothy A. Brant (Rachel Hale) of Willard, Ohio, Melissa S. Brant (Samuel Fey) of Greenwich, Tabitha L. Brant, also of Greenwich, Ohio, and by step-daughter, Tracy M. Smith (James Armstrong) of Sandusky, Ohio. By 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Shirley Fulton and Lee "Eddie" (Luenda) Hersha, both of Greenwich, Ohio, Jeanette Moulton of Norwalk, Ohio, Carol (Ronald) Brant of Norwalk, Ohio, and Katherine (Alvin) Brant of Willard, Ohio, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Douglas G. Brant Jr. in 2012, by her children, Michael D. Brant in 2007, Brian K. Brant in 2017, and by her sister Loretta Fredericks.

Friends may call on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Deliverance Tabernacle Church, 4717 Prospect Road, New London, Ohio 44857, where a service will be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Ronnie Sallee of Deliverance Tabernacle Church, New London, Ohio will officiate.  Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. in Riverside Cemetery, Berlin Heights, Ohio.
