Obituary

Madge L. Enzor, age 91, passed from this life on Monday, April 19th at MedCentral Mansfield. She was born in Greenwich April 13, 1919 and was the fifth of six children of Joseph H. and Malinda Momeyer Murray. She graduated from Greenwich High School in 1937. The next year she married Dean W. Enzor, and on September 1st, 2009 they celebrated their 71st anniversary. They lived in Greenwich until 2005 when they moved to Knox Co. to be near their son Russell and his wife Susan. Since November Madge has been a resident of Lexington Court Care Center. For over 40 years Madge and Dean were active members of Bethel Baptist Church at Savannah. More recently they attended Clearfork Christian & Missionary Alliance Church near Bellville. From the 1940's onward Madge and her husband extended hospitality to literally hundreds of friends, relatives, pastors, evangelists and missionaries. They were always generous in helping those who proclaimed the Gospel of salvation by grace through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. In addition to her parents, Madge was preceded in death by her younger son Donald in 1970, by three brothers:Wilbur, Lawrence and Paul, and two sisters: Genevieve Stutzman and Irene Moore. She is survived by her husband Dean, her son Russell; by four grandchildren: Aaron (Joyce) Enzor of Dover, Delaware; Miles (Lori) Enzor of Byran, Texas; Starla (Gene) Benson and Clayton (Heidi) Enzor of Fredericktown; and daughter-in-law, Twila Angler of Ashland, OH. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren: Zachary & Keegan Enzor; Nathan, Ian & Hudson Enzor; Kaid & Violet Benson; & Mia & Trinity Enzor. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, located at 575 US Rte 250 N, Savannah, conducted by her son Russell & Pastor John Bouquet. Friends may call before the service from 9:00 ' 11:00 a.m. Internment will follow at Greenwich Greenlawn Cemetery.
