Norwalk, Ohio - Marcus C. Sheldon, 45, passed away on February 20, 2016, He was a lifelong area resident, and was a longtime member of the Cement Masons Union. Marcus was employed as a supervisor at Legends Construction, and he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Marcus is survived by his mother, Andrea L. Downing, of Norwalk, Ohio, by his son, Keifer M. (Chivon) Sherck, of Shelby, Ohio, by his brothers, Matt J. (MaryBeth) Sheldon, of Norwalk, Ohio, Thom (Lori) Barnett, of Willard, Ohio, and Retired Col. Daniel (Brenda) Barnett, of Fort Benning, Georgia. He is also survived by his sister, Jenni (Ron) Meisner, of Findlay, Ohio, by his grandson, Ayden M. Smith, by his maternal grandparents, Andrew and Gladys Luxon, and by several nieces and nephews. Marcus is preceded in death by his father and step-mother, Tim and Alice Sheldon.
