Marian Lucille Stoll, 91, of Nova, died Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at UH Samaritan Medical Center in Ashland. Born on April 23, 1931 in West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Elsie (nee Georg) Roberts. Marian moved to Ohio as a child and graduated from Ruggles-Troy High School in 1950.

In 1950 Marian married Donald Stoll and by his side she helped run the family farm. She was an active member of the New London United Methodist Church, and Women's Society and helped prepare and serve meals for the Rotary Club. She and Donald were active with the New London Music Boosters and Grange as well. Marian served as a 4-H leader and volunteered with the Red Cross Blood Mobile for over 25 years. She loved being outdoors especially mowing her lawn or sitting on her tractor. Marian also had talent for sewing.

Survivors include her daughters, Vickie Stoll, of Nova, and Joni Stoll, of Ravenna; sisters, Charlotte (John) McConnell, of Ashland, Bonnell (Stanley) Horsley, of Mansfield, and Kathleen Bursley, of Ashland. Marian was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Donald Stoll; and infant son Douglas; and siblings, Annabelle Roberts, Veon Roberts, Margaret Reaser, June Coy, and Jean Roberts.

Friends and family will gather for a graveside service on Friday, April 14, at Grove Street Cemetery, New London, beginning at 11 a.m. Donations in Marian's memory may be given to the New London United Methodist Church, 58 East Main Street, New London.
