Marie H. Gardner, 85, of Wellington, died April 13, 2010 at Keystone Point in LaGrange. Marie was born June 21, 1924 in Claysburg PA to the late Margaret and David Stine. She was a 1941 graduate of Claysburg-Kimmel High School. Marie left Pennsylvania in the 60's and moved to Warren Ohio where she stayed until moving to Florida in 1985 and then to St Patrick's Manor in the wellington area in 2004. Marie worked for the U.S. Postal service as a clerk. She was very active in the Chapel of All Faiths in the Villages of Lady Lake in Florida. Marie was an avid reader and walker. She was a very talented pianist and was very musical, she directed choirs for churches that she belonged to and also enjoyed singing. Marie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kathy and Mark Pinto of LaGrange and also by two grandchildren, David and Alaina Pinto. She is also survived by a niece, Marie Vine of Bristolville. Marie was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Larry; she was also preceded by her siblings Charles, Dolly, Jenny, and Ralph. There will be no services and burial will take place at Bushnell National Cemetery Florida.
