Melissa Gene "Missy" Lee, 55, of Willard, Ohio, died on June 7, 2024, at Select Specialty Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, after several months of health complications.  She was born on December 8, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Wayne and the late Carol (Mumau) Lee.  She graduated from Willard High School in 1987.

Missy was an extremely hard worker and an amazing aunt.  She enjoyed walking, puzzles, picking wildflowers, and meeting new people.   She worked diligently for R.R. Donnelly for over 18 years.

Survivors include her father, Wayne Lee; loving companion of 15 years, Alexander Castro; children, Marissa Parlett and Austin Newberry; sisters, Lora (Lee) Montgomery, Jennifer (Matt) McClune, and Deanna Hodge; grandchildren, Bentley Parlett and Tahlia Newberry.

In addition to her mother, Carol Lee, she was preceded in death by her son, Dustin Lee, and nephew, Jeffrey Schultz.

In keeping with Missy's wishes she will be cremated.  Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home in care of the family.  Eastman Funeral Home, 49 W.
