Michael D. Croskey (68) of Collins, died Thursday, December 23, 2021, at Fireland Regional Medical Center, Sandusky.  He was born June 7, 1953, in Yuma, AZ.  Mike retired from Durable Corporation, Norwalk where he started by shredding rubber working up to and retired as plant manager.  He designed and built most of the equipment the plant uses today. Mike enjoyed going to auctions, antique shops, traveling and loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.  He was a member of the Norwalk Eagles and International Moose Lodge.

Mike is survived by his mother: Janet Heald of Norwalk, Wife: Cathy (Oney) Croskey of Collins who he married in 1983, son: Dan ( Lynne) Leber of Norwalk, daughter: Robin (Ed) Sprague of Norwalk, 5 grandchildren: Dustin (Meghan) Leber, Erica Leber, Morgan Leber, Dylan Gussie and Shelby Hager, and sister: Pam (Coy) Bowen of Norwalk along with several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father: Alfred Heald.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021, from 10 am until 1:00 pm with services beginning at 1:00 pm at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W.
