Michael L. Stemple, 72, of Norwalk, passed away peacefully at home on October 10, 2020.  Born June 16, 1948 in Chicago, IL, he was the son of the late Sydney and Jane (nee Miller) Stemple.

Michael graduated from Wellington High School in 1966 and received a bachelor's degree from Baldwin Wallace.  He continued his training with the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy becoming a Sergeant, before his retirement.

Michael was a big Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Karen (nee Conklin) Stemple; children, Eric (Melissa) Stemple of Galloway, OH and Laura (Bruce) Queen of Grove City, OH; grandchildren, Alex, Emily and Ethan and brother, David Stemple.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Stemple.
