Molly J. Minor, 70, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at her son's home, surrounded by her family. She was born to the late George E. and Geraldine H. (Feron) Mahlke in Elyria, Ohio, and was a lifelong area resident. Molly was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and was a 1963 graduate of St. Paul High School. She was retired from Norwalk Furniture and was a member of the Moose Lodge, VFW #2743 Auxiliary, and the Eagles Aerie #711 Auxiliary. Molly had a passion for Bingo, casinos and gambling. Molly was preceded in death by her husband Bill in October 2014 after 49 years of marriage. Molly is survived by her children, Gerald W. Minor of Bellevue, Washington, William A. Minor of Milton, Florida, Stephen O. and Lenora Minor of Norwalk, Ohio, and Carrie K. and David Mason of Bellevue, Ohio. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Nicole, Keith, Monica, Calvin, Sophia, and Holden, and by her great grandson, Jackson. Molly was also preceded in death by her sister Patricia Cutnaw in 1994. There will be no calling hours. Graveside services and a celebration of life for both Molly and Bill will be held at a later date. Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
