Nadine Joyce (nee Everman) Kelley, 79, died Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Fisher Titus Medical Center. She was born August 24, 1938 in Van Leer, KY to the late Elva Lee and Gustava (nee Gilliam) Everman. Nadine lived in Kentucky and Maryland before settling in Clarksfield, Ohio. She attended New London High School. Nadine worked at Heiser's Camera Shop, Model Cleaners, Woolworths and Clancy's. She attended the First United Methodist Church. When her children were younger, Nadine was a Cub Scout Den Mother and assisted with her daughters' Girl Scout troops. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and spending time with her children and grandchildren. An avid reader, Nadine seldom forgot the plots and characters of the books she read. She also was a great cook. Survivors include her children, Terri Rood, of Maumee, John (Carmen) Kelley, of Norwalk, Kathy (Joe) Ott, of Norwalk and Matthew Anderson of SC; 7 grandchildren, Jason Kelley, Dustin Kelley, Richard (Bethany) Ott, Kaitlyn Rood, Luke Kelley, Mark Kelley, Emanuel Agache; 3 great grandchildren, Aunalee Kelley, James Ott and Everly Ott; siblings, Geraldine (Arthur) Anderson and Donald Everman. Nadine was preceded in death by her son, James Kelley and siblings, E. Roger Everman and Georgie Bauer. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, August 9 from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. service at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., New London.
