Nancy Jean Werdebaugh, 73, of Wellington, Ohio, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 at her home. She was born on December 29, 1947 to the late Martha (McGettigan) and George William Davis.

Nancy was a member of the Lincoln Street Chapel where she served as the secretary and treasurer and led the youth group. She also volunteered with Seniors Helping Seniors. She enjoyed playing cards and spending time with her family and friends. She had a kind, patient soul and loved helping others. Her children believe she was the best mom in the world, and they will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her children, Julie (Edward) Farley, of Elyria, OH, Myk (Kim) Werdebaugh, of Mount Union, PA, Mary (Randy) Turizziani, of Grove City, OH, and Jack (Jeannie) Werdebaugh Jr., of Wellington, OH; 14 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and siblings, Darrell (June) Davis, of Arizona, and Patricia (George) Elkins, of Wellington, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Werdebaugh Sr.; brother, Bobby Davis; and many loving aunts and uncles.

Her family will receive guest at Norton-Eastman Funeral Home, 370 South Main Street, Wellington, Ohio 44090 on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Her family will receive guests again at the Lincoln Street Chapel, 139 Lincoln Street, Wellington, Ohio 44090 on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Wellington, Ohio.
