Nikki Rae Evans, 43, died unexpectedly on June 18, 2017. Born in Oberlin on January 7, 1974 to Claude Neff and Debbie (nee Sheffield) Habern , Nikki was a lifelong Wellington resident. She graduated with the Wellington High School Class of 1992.Nikki worked as a Project Manager at Level 3 Communications out of Cleveland for 18 years. Her family and friends came first and she was a loving wife and mother. She was devoted to her son's sporting events and was always there supporting him. Nikki also loved all kinds of music. Nikki will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Mike Evans; children, Jacob Evans, of Wellington, Tara Evans, of Seven Hills and Kimberly Evans, of Canton; granddaughter, Lillian Myers; her parents; grandfather, Paul Sheffield, of Wellington; grandmother, Ethel Neff, of Mannington, WV and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Wanda Sheffield; grandfather, Ray Neff and stepfather, Donnie Habern.
