Nikki Shepherd, 47, of Fulton, MI, formerly of Willard, died Saturday, August 19, 2023, at the Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital, MI. Her death was very sudden and unexpected.  Nikki was born December 9, 1975, in Willard.  She was a resident of Willard until moving to Fulton MI. in 2012.  Nikki was employed at EPI Marketing Services as a warehouse manager, but her true love was farm life.  She enjoyed canning, cooking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Nikki is survived by her husband, Elliot Shepherd whom she married December 2, 2014; parents, True (Slone) and Jay Spencer of Willard, Maternal Grandmother, Clara Slone of KY; 5 children, Taylor (Cody) Sparkman of Willard, Dylan (Jackie) Sousllin of Battlecreek, MI, Ryan (China) McWilliams of New London, Elliot "EJ" (Deb) Shepherd of Wakeman and Megan Woitte of Athens, MI; 14 grandchildren, Jaylen, Rylee, Knight, Leo, Tayden, Ava, Austin, Rowen, Alexis, Alaynna, Paisley, Madison, Ezekiel, and Jaxson; 3 sisters, Melissa, Kayla, and Kaysi. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Audry and Sam Collins and Ralph Slone and her canine companion, Lacy.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 24, 2023, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main Street, New London, 44851. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023, at 11 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Ron Parsons of the Freewill Baptist Church, Willard officiating.
