Noma J. Minor, 90, of Milan, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. She was born on June 19, 1930 to the late Genevieve (Black) and Joseph Snyder.

One of her greatest joys in life was being an owner of the Park Avery General Store.

Norma is survived by her children, Randolph (Rosemary) Scott, Richard (Diane) Graef, and McKenna (Tammy) Minor; grandchild, Kenneth Scott (Rachel) Graef; great-grandchildren, Lola, Arabella, and David.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Minor; and siblings, James Snyder and Doris Carney.

He family will receive friends for a memorial visitation on Monday, May 3, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio 44857. Visitors are required to bring and wear a mask or face covering and are encouraged to practice all social distancing and mass gathering guidelines.
