Okie Clark, age 73, of New London, died Sunday, January 10, 2009 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. He was born May 14, 1936 in Amba, Kentucky, son of the late, Homer and Liza (Kidd) Clark. He lived in the Huron County area for many years. He is survived by his sisters, Maglene Burrows of Sandusky, Irene Stepp of Kentucky, his brother, George Clark of New London and Daniel Clark of Greenwich; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his close friend, Norma Marsh, 2 brothers, Curtis Clark, Jake Clark and 2 infant sisters. Friends may call from 6'8 p.m. on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday with Pastor James McClain officiating.
