Owen J. Baker, 32, of North Fairfield, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on January 16, 2025, at Surest Path Recovery Center in Fremont, Ohio. He was born on May 26, 1992, in Norwalk, Ohio, to Rhonda (Scott) Baker and the late Rocky Baker. Owen was a graduate of South Central High School and EHOVE.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing, working on things, telling jokes, and especially cherished any time spent with his son Jaycen Baker.

Owen is survived by his mother, Rhonda Baker; son, Jaycen Baker; siblings, Stephanie Baker (Devin Stevenson), Russell (Bree) Mantz, and Shannon Griggs; grandmother, Karen Grady; aunt, Veronica "Bonnie" Eastman; as well as a niece, nephews, and many cousins.

In addition to his father, Rocky Baker, Owen was preceded in death by his grandfather, Vaughn Baker; and uncle, Dwayne Jenkins.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, at Walker-Eastman-Heydinger Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St., Norwalk, from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to assist the family with expenses.
